Kiefer Landfill and North Area Recovery Station (NARS) accepts household waste from the public, businesses, and private waste haulers, as well as, some recyclable materials, household hazardous waste (HHW) or Antifreeze, Batteries, Oil, Paint (ABOP) & Special Waste, certain hard to handle items and certain items for free.
