Sacramento County's Department of Waste Management & Recycling (DWMR) regulates commercial solid waste collection services and recycling requirements for multifamily properties located in the unincorporated areas of Sacramento County.
Multifamily properties have residential units that receive commercial franchised hauler garbage, recycling, and organics collection services.
